Intensive Care: 4 hours - ideal for a complete life overview, for big life changes, post crisis, separation, loss, mourning etc. This is an in depth complete session and does not need to be repeated any more frequently than seasonally. This session provides a full foundation for Self Creative Care as well as an experience of several creative methods which can be included in our daily lives.

​Creative Retreat: 24-72 hours - all retreats are individually designed
solo- for deep personal work with accompaniment, rite of passage,
duo- for couples, mothers and daughters, fathers and sons etc. rites of passage, rebuilding relationship, deep partner work
together- family work, after crisis, change in family structure, death, marriage, separation, rebuilding family bonds etc.
